Everyone has different preferences, such as the size of the property, price, location, type of property (detached house, apartment, or townhouse), etc. To help me find the best properties for you easily, please fill out a Property Form that gives me an idea of what you want.

I am searching in the market.

With your preferences in mind, I do a careful job of surveying any homes that may be relevant for you. This may include me contacting builders in my network, or contacting others in my network who may have homes with exactly your preferences. As soon as I have obtained enough information about the homes I have found and have carried out the necessary legal checks on the homes, I will send them over to you by e-mail. If the homes are of interest, I contact the seller and arrange a viewing of the home.

Viewings.

If you yourself have the opportunity to come to Spain for the screenings, I will book these in for you so that you get the most efficient possible trip down to Spain if screenings are on the agenda. I pick you up at the hotel and take you to the different homes, I am with you the whole time and make sure that any questions you may have are presented to the seller.

You have found your dream home.

The viewings were a success and you found your dream home, now what? I contact the developer or seller and let them know that our customer wants to buy. If it is a new building and under construction, you will be asked to pay a reservation fee. If you need financing, I will give you the necessary bank contacts for this.
